Precision Cutting

Mar-Tek has two precision clam shell presses, each capable of cutting materials within tolerances of +- .010” (and closer depending on design parameters). Special, proprietary steel rule die making techniques provide cleaner and more consistent cuts critical in precision and high tech equipment. Our skilled professionals are experienced in cutting many different substrates, from .002” polyester films to over 3\16” foam gaskets.
