We aim to develop long-lasting, trusting and mutually beneficial relationships with companies and individuals who share our strong values and who demonstrate the same commitment to operating responsibly and ethically across all facets of business.

We recognize our customers operate in diverse environments throughout the world. This Code sets forth the basic standards of operation we exhibit in our business practices.

Mar-Tek Industries, Inc. through our officers, directors and employees adheres to the highest standards of ethical business conduct and will not engage in bribery or corruption in any form, either directly or through third parties. Mar-Tek Industries, Inc. promotes anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance in their organization through development of this standards, which is be designed to facilitate compliance with legal requirements.

If a Mar-Tek Industries, Inc. associate appears to be in non-compliance with the code, we expect the associate to cooperate and provide additional information, for us to decide whether the associate is in compliance.

If we determine the associate is not in compliance, then the remedies may include, among other things, termination of employment with Mar-Tek Industries, Inc. or the development and implementation of a corrective action plan that would need to be implemented within a certain fixed time period. Mar-Tek will verify implementation has been successful, as it deems appropriate.
